Beginning May 31, 2026, the Zoo will no longer sell Zoo gift cards to the public. Any active Zoo gift cards will continue to be valid and redeemable for the foreseeable future. We encourage groups to purchase food in advance using our meal voucher program. Reverse ATMs will be available to any individuals with cash so they can make purchases at any of our retail locations. Not sure what to give a Zoo fan? Let them choose with a Zoo gift card! Gift cards can be redeemed for souvenirs and merchandise at Zoo gift shops, Zoo estore, food and drinks, face painting, caricatures, Adventure Passes, behind-the-scenes tours, year-long memberships, admission to rides and attractions, Zoo Parent adoptions, rental of strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs, and much more.

Exceptions

At this time, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed for purchases at Starbucks, facility rentals, gift certificates or admission to parking lots.

Gift cards can be purchased in person in any amount up to $500 ($5 minimum) at the Treetop and Safari gift shops, Welcome Desks and Rentals Desks at both Zoo entrances, Guest Relations booth near Lakeside Cafe.
