2025 Untamed Hearts Valentine's Dinner

Enjoy a romantic Valentine's dinner for two! Begin the night with preset hors d'oeuvres followed by a three-course meal. Bottles of wine will be available for purchase at a cash bar. Couples are encouraged to stay for live music and dancing after dinner.

Event Schedule

This event is for ages 21 and up only. Hosted in The Living World at the Zoo's North Entrance.

  • 6 p.m. — Doors open/cash bar available/ preset appetizers ready
  • 6:30 p.m. — Dinner service begins
  • 7-9 p.m. — Live music and dancing

Note: doors do not open until 6 p.m.

Reservations

Prepaid reservations are required, and seating is limited. Please note, there are no tickets for this event. Once registered, your name has been added to the guest list and can be given to the host upon arrival.

  • $75/person for Zoo members
  • $85/person for non-members

Untamed Hearts tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Dinner Menu

Starter: Deviled Eggs

First Course: Classic Wedge, Nueske Bacon, Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Onion, Maytag Dressing

Second Course:

  • Beef: Petit Filet, Cheddar Twice-Baked Potato, Bacon-Wrapped Green Beans, Carrots, Peppercorn Demi
  • Fish: Salmon, Saffron-Scented Rice Pilaf, Broccolini, Sauce Provençal
  • Vegetarian: Smoked Hen of the Woods Mushroom, White Cheddar Polenta, Horseradish Gremolata

Dessert: Carmel Chocolate Tart, Passion Fruit, Chantilly Cream

For the Event

Parking on the Zoo lot is complimentary for those with Untamed Hearts reservations. Please park on the North Lot on Government Drive and enter through the North Entrance. The South Entrance will be closed at this time.

Admittance will not be allowed after 6:30 p.m.

There are no tickets for this event. Once registered, your name has been added to the guest list. Once you arrive, please give the host the name you registered under to be seated.
