Amy McFarland Dove joined the Saint Louis Zoo in 2023 as Vice President, Philanthropy. She is responsible for leading the Zoo’s philanthropy team to support the Zoo’s mission, general operations, capital initiatives and endowment.

Prior to the Zoo, Dove had a 13-year career at Mary Institute Saint Louis Country Day School where she served for six years as Director of Development. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. She is a founding member of the Washington University School of Law Women’s Law Initiative and the Co-President of the University of Georgia Chi Phi Parents Club.
