From the sub-Antarctic to tropical rainforests, animals have made some pretty amazing adaptations. See some of the hardy species that climb, swim and swing through some of the seemingly inhospitable places on the planet. Our naturalistic habitats are designed to help showcase the natural abilities of these hardy species. Starting with one of the oldest exhibits, Bear Bluffs, to our newest exhibit, Fragile Forest, you'll see animals from each corner of the earth displaying behaviors you would see in the wild. Careful, prolonged exposure to this area could bring out your wild side...

The Zooline Railroad has a station located adjacent to the Conservation Carousel.

The adventure begins where Dino Island I leaves off. You are catapulted right into the action from the very beginning. There is a crisis on Dino Island, and The Earth Science Team has to capture "Tony", the only remaining male T-Rex in the world before the volcano erupts and takes out all remaining life. It's a race against time as lava begins to flow, cliffs break away and Tony perilously falls into a deep and fast whirlpool. Will you be able to save Tony (and yourselves) from extinction?

Located near the 1904 Flight Cage. Tickets are $3 per person. Save with a Safari Pass.

Children under 48 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult.
