A leisurely stroll up one side of the tree-shaded hill, across Marlin Perkins Plaza and then down the other, takes you along the Chain of Lakes that animate the valley of Historic Hill. At the base of Chain of Lakes is the large pool for the sea lions. Watch them dive, swim and sunbathe on the rocks! See them receive their daily feedings at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. (except Thursdays). Just beyond Sea Lion Basin is a pool where river otters nest and play.
