Introduce your meeting or group to one of St. Louis’ oldest and most cherished institutions, the Saint Louis Zoo. Our trained and knowledgeable volunteer speakers will lead your group through the pictures and stories of the Zoo’s colorful history.

The Zoo has educated, entertained and earned a place in the hearts of St. Louisans for almost 100 years. Starting with the purchase of the 1904 World's Fair Flight Cage, the city of St. Louis set aside 77 acres of Forest Park for a zoo. Since that first purchase, the Zoo has evolved from animal attractions to an international conservation organization. Today, the Zoo is home to more than 11,400 exotic animals, many of them rare and endangered. These 810 species represent the major continents and biomes of the world.

Through presentations that are customized for your particular group, hear about your favorite animals and the newest attractions, as well as what the Zoo is doing to help animals in the wild.
