EVOLUTION INQUIRY

Offered September through April
Students visit stations and explore live animals and animal materials that provide us with examples of evolution. Through guided discussion of their observations, students are introduced to a variety of topics, including fossils, Darwin's theory of natural selection, convergent and divergent evolution, and vestigial limbs. This program is designed as a learning cycle and includes pre- and post-visit activities.
