Summer Family Overnights

Wild Nights At The Saint Louis Zoo

These overnight programs are for families with children entering kindergarten and up. Youth and adults attend these programs TOGETHER. The fees for these programs are per registered participant. All participating family members must be registered.

Summer overnights offer a unique opportunity for participants to sleep under the stars, without tents, in our NEW sleeping area located in the heart of the Zoo. Should it rain, we will sleep inside. All overnights include an evening snack, night hike around Zoo grounds, continental breakfast and a souvenir cup.

Zoo Birthday

Families with children entering Kindergarten - 2^nd grade

The Zoo is 100 years old! Join us as we celebrate a special 100th birthday to the Saint Louis Zoo. We will play games and learn about the Zoo's past birthdays. It's a Zoo birthday slumber party you don't want to miss. This is an exciting chance for the family to see the Zoo animals active at night, and sleep outside under the stars (weather permitting).

Zootennial Celebration!

For families with participants ages 5 and up (One adult and one child minimum)

Celebrate the Zoo's 100th birthday by spending the night at the Zoo! You will take a walk through time as you explore the Zoo's past, present, and future birthdays. When the sun goes down, you will see and hear the magic of the Zoo at night. Have you ever been in your sleeping bag and heard a peacock call, a sea lion bark, or a lion roar?! That's just part of the Zoo's magic you don't want to miss. Grab your sleeping bag and celebrate this special Zootennial occasion! This is an exciting chance for the family to see the Zoo animals active at night, and sleep outside under the stars (weather permitting).
