For Families with Children Ages 5 and Up

Spring Night Sounds
Spring evenings are lively and full of sounds. Join us for this evening program as we explore this chorus of activity. You will see and touch live animals, role-play becoming a nocturnal animal surviving in the wild, and take a night hike around Zoo grounds.

Limited to 40 participants

Spring Into Action Zoo Overnight
Spring evenings are teaming with wildlife! Come spend the night at the Zoo and learn about our nocturnal neighbors. You will see and touch live animals, role-play being an endangered amphibian trying to survive in the wild, and take a night hike around Zoo grounds. This program will focus on animals and conservation as well as teach you how to protect wildlife in your backyard and around the world.

Limited to 60 participants
Fee: ZFA Members $40 / General Public $45

For Families with Children in Grades 3rd and Up

Missouri Wildlife
Do you enjoy the outdoors? Join us to explore some of Missouri's native habitats. This class is perfect for those who long to stray from the worn path. Bring lunches in a fanny pack or small backpack...your hands need to be free for discovery! Wear old clothes and shoes that can get WET and MUDDY! We will meet at Rockwoods Reservation. Directions will be provided.
